Wikiquote shqip ka patur kaherë nevojë për një redaktor të tillë ambicioz dhe të zellshëm, siç është zotëri Klein Muçi. Me angazhimin e tij, Wikiquote shqip është shndërruar nga një portal pasiv, në një portal interesant, me plot risi dhe gjëra interesante. Uroj që ky redaktor të vazhdoj kështu dhe së shpejti të emrohet administrator i Wikiquotes shqip.

Më bëhet shumë qejfi që i keni vënë re ndryshimet pasi vullnetarët janë të paktë aktualisht në këtë projekt. Më lejoni t'ju pyes: Çfarë jua solli në vëmendje ndryshimet në Wikicitate? Më vjen mirë që e keni mirëpritur mendimin dhe konstatimin tim.

Do të përpiqem të përgjigjem në pyetjen tuaj.

Me vite të tëra Wikiquote shqip ka qenë një projekt i pakontrolluar. Ndjenja se tekstet e publikuara nuk mbikçyren nga askush i ka dekurajuar artikullshkruesit potencial. Aty ku nuk ka persona kompetent për grisjen e faqeve me përmbajtje të padenjë për publikun, humbet hapsira e motivimit për të publikuar diçka. Tani, kur Wikiquote shqip e ka një administrator, gjendja gradualisht mund të ndryshojë.

Me angazhimin tuaj në projekt, tani vërehen ndryshimet. Ato vërehen sidomos në rifreskimin e rubrikave ekzistuese dhe në kontrollimin e teksteve të publikuara vite më parë.

Edhe në Wikipedia shqip nuk ka qenë gjendja e mirë. Aty, në mungesë të adminstratorëve aktiv, mbeteshin tekstet muaj të tërë të pakontrolluar. Me angazhimin e paradisakohshëm të administratorit 1/2/3k kjo gjendje aty ka ndryshar rrënjësisht për të mirë.

Sorry for writing in English. This user added personal information of specific people in pages. I reverted them but old versions containing those information need to be hidden from public. Here is a list of revisions to be hidden:

• Special:Permalink/17834: hide contents for privacy violation / summary for personal attack
• Special:Permalink/17836: hide both contents and summary for privacy violation
• Special:Permalink/17838: hide both contents and summary for privacy violation
• Special:Permalink/17842: hide both contents and summary for privacy violation
• Special:Permalink/17844: hide contents for privacy violation

I assumed template for speedy deletion requests in sqwikiquote is {{delete}} and replaced new pages created by 欄維一 with {{delete|vandalism}} and soon find it's not {{delete}} LOL. @Tigerzeng, hello! :) I saw all the pages you've mentioned. From what I see, their summaries are already deleted, maybe by someone from Meta. What was all this about if I may ask? As far as I remember, they are phone numbers and address things of some Hong Kong policeman, as well as "silly <policeman's name>". There are protests in Hong Kong these days you know. Someone (I guess some of the protesters) keep spreading these privacy, first in Chinese Wikipedia, then in other Chinese wikis. After sysops in Chinese wikis set a lot of abuse filters against this behavior, they come to other small wikis. It's still an ongoing problem. I've checked 欄維一's case with stewards, it's stewards that deleted these revisions at the time they locked the account, soon after I reported this to you. Abuse filter blocking Synchbot

Hi! Abuse filter 7 (Ndryshim i faqeve personale të përdoruesve të tjerë) blocks the synchbot service, which helps users manage their own pages across all wikis. Can you add an exception to the rule? @Pathoschild, hey there! Yes, of course but there's already an exception for bots. (Even one specific for 1 bot in particular, now that I see it.) Isn't that enough? Or does Synchbot not operate as a bot per se? Asking just out of curiosity now. - Klein Muçi (diskutimet) 6 mars 2021 21:36 (CET)

Nope, it doesn't have the bot flag. (It runs through my account for historical reasons; it used steward access before custom global groups existed, and stewards preferred running it through my account instead of having an actual bot with steward access. Now that we have custom global groups, we can target the global-deleter group in abuse filters, but moving it to a separate bot account now would need changes to many existing abuse filters, communication with local communities, etc.) —Pathoschild (diskutimet) 6 mars 2021 22:37 (CET)

How we will see unregistered users

Hi!

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.

When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.

Instead of the IP we will show a masked identity. You as an admin will still be able to access the IP. There will also be a new user right for those who need to see the full IPs of unregistered users to fight vandalism, harassment and spam without being admins. Patrollers will also see part of the IP even without this user right. We are also working on better tools to help.

If you have not seen it before, you can read more on Meta. If you want to make sure you don’t miss technical changes on the Wikimedia wikis, you can subscribe to the weekly technical newsletter.

We have two suggested ways this identity could work. We would appreciate your feedback on which way you think would work best for you and your wiki, now and in the future. You can let us know on the talk page. You can write in your language. The suggestions were posted in October and we will decide after 17 January.

Need your input on a policy impacting gadgets and UserJS

Dear interface administrator,

This is Samuel from the Security team and I hope my message finds you well.

There is an ongoing discussion on a proposed policy governing the use of external resources in gadgets and UserJS. The proposed Third-party resources policy aims at making the UserJS and Gadgets landscape a bit safer by encouraging best practices around external resources. After an initial non-public conversation with a small number of interface admins and staff, we've launched a much larger, public consultation to get a wider pool of feedback for improving the policy proposal. Based on the ideas received so far, the proposed policy now includes some of the risks related to user scripts and gadgets loading third-party resources, best practices for gadgets and UserJS developers, and exemptions requirements such as code transparency and inspectability.

As an interface administrator, your feedback and suggestions are warmly welcome until July 17, 2023 on the policy talk page.

Çdo citat, apo të paktën, pjesa më e madhe e tyre, duhet të provohet në një farë mënyre që ekziston realisht si pjesë e veprës në të cilën thuhet se është marrë apo se është thënë realisht nga personi që thuhet se është thënë se përndryshe mund të kemi dhe citate të rreme, fjala bie: "Përça e sundo!" - Barbie (film), një thënie që e shpika unë në çast që nuk e kam parë ende filmin në fjalë. Dikush tjetër që gjithashtu nuk e ka parë filmin do ta merrte për të mirëqënë.
Për këtë nuk është e nevojshme të përdoren faqe filmash të piratuar, mund të përdoren faqet më të mirënjohura të kinematografisë botërore:

• IMDb;
• AllMovie;
• Rotten Tomatoes;
• Etj.

Secila prej tyre më sipër përmban një faqe dedikuar citateve nga filmat por ka dhe faqe të tjera me reputacion që gjithashtu bëjnë të njëjtën gjë. Mund të përdoren gjithashtu skena të veçanta në YouTube të nxjerra nga kanale që zotërojnë një lloj reputacioni.
